Act Mindfully. Perceiving with accuracy allows you the ability to take action with accuracy. We take action on a daily basis. Deciding to grab some food and eat is a course of action. However, few of us take mindful action. Mindful action consists of actions that are most likely to lead to success goals.

Accept and persevere. Creating opportunities from challenges requires awareness and practice thereafter. When placed in a situation with multiple challenges and little hope, do you continue or do you give up? The ability to accept the situation makes mindful action easier. Enter… clear thinking. Lacking acceptance, you’ll face too much emotional struggle to perceive accurately or to act mindfully.
